Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after the day of delivery without giving any reason. After registering your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. We will refund the full order amount including the standard delivery costs. Only the direct cost of the return shipment from your address to our webshop is at your own expense.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Opened or used food products and other items that are no longer suitable for resale after opening or use are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To use this right, please contact us via info@honeyfy.nl. We process refunds no later than 14 days after your return has been registered. We may wait until we have received the product back, or until you provide proof that it has been returned, whichever comes first.

Return instructions

1. Register your return within 14 days after delivery by email and include your order number.
2. Pack the product carefully and include all supplied accessories.
3. Send the parcel within 14 days after cancellation to the return address below.
4. We process your refund no later than 14 days after return registration via the original payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or proof of shipment.
